We hope you will visit one of our auctions. If you
do, please follow a couple of our rules and requests.
1. The auctioneer sets the rules and standards in
accordance with state law.
2. Theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent
of the law.
3. All bidders must have a bidder number in order
to place a bid. Valid picture identification is required.
4. For Illinois residents, all gun buyers must fill
out appropriate forms and have a valid Firearm Owners Identification Card (FOID). Must be 18.
5. We accept cash and good checks. NSF Checks
will be prosecuted. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
6. Removal of items is the responsibility of the buyer;
Auctions by Ray Low is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods at the close of bidding. Items are as is,
where they sit.
7. In cases of tie bids between auctioneer and ringmasters,
the bidding will be reopened to the two bidders only.
8. Box lots established are not to be tampered with.
Removing items from one box to place into another constitutes theft. Box lots are arranged many times by seller.
9. Buyers may check the operation of items before
the beginning of the bidding process. This includes plugging in electronics and starting motors. Auctions by Ray
Low is not repsonsible for damages or injuries as a result.
10. Parking of cars is subject to all municipal ordinances.
We try to provide ample parking, however, this is not a provision of the auction company.
11. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
12. Pets are discouraged and children must be supervised by parent or guardian
at all times.
